CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & No-Show Policy I completely understand that unexpected things happen. Life is unpredictable, and I always try to be as accommodating as possible 🤍 • Cancellations or reschedules with at least 42 hours’ notice If you need to cancel or reschedule within this time frame, please let me know as soon as possible and we can find a better time that works for you. No fee of course. • Same-day cancellations I understand emergencies come up; however, please keep in mind that I do not require deposits. Because of this, same-day cancellations will result in a $25 cancellation fee. • No-call / No-shows No-call, no-show appointments will result in a $25 fee. • Repeated no-shows If no-call, no-shows happen frequently, I will unfortunately have to ban future bookings to protect my time and my business.
